Excel Energy will be shutting off power to our building from 5-8pm on Thursday the 15th for transformer maintenance. Since the door access needs power your key-fob may not work. We have a backup battery in case of power failure but it may not last a full three hours so plan to come early or after 8pm that night. This also means the lights and fans won't be on during the outage but you can still climb by the daylight coming in the windows until 7:00 or so.
My recommendation? Check out the Reel Rock Film Tour at the UofM Cowles Auditorium starting at 7pm and then stop back for a late night power session!
