Kettle Bells!

Hey! Who else wants to know how to use those things? Marie Nelson happens to know what's up, and she has offered to show us! Come in this Wednesday night @ 6pm for an introductory clinic! If you really like it, she teaches classes at the Kettle Bell gym down by the coffee shop! Get your little stabilizing muscles strong and safer from injury!
